ILove Exotic Islands!!!
I have been unexpectedly Homeless several times due to other SIM owners selling and reselling their land and poor communication with their residents.
I was homeless once again when I landed on Exotic Islands Freeport area almost a year ago. The grounds are well maintained, the managers are courteous and prompt, the neighbors are helpful. The price, quality of land and service is excellent. I love it here and hope I never have to leave.

I searched for days, looking at many parcels of land. I came across some land that seemed to good to be true, other land that I felt at a loss about because there was nothing but a rental box in front of me. In my search one day I was lucky enough to come across Exotic Island Real Estate. When I Teleported to the location it was a nice surprise to see a building and actual people. I was teleported to a parcel of the size I was interested in and there I met Angeldourdan Munster. She spent a good amount of time with me not only answering my questions, but also showing me other built up areas around where I was looking. I was sold on the customer service alone. The best thing about Exotic Island Real Estate is that the customer service does not end with the sale. The Captain has come by to help me landscape my island and Angel has also been there to answer any questions. Everyone I have interacted with has been more than helpful, they really take the time to know their customers and make them feel right at home. I am glad I came across Exotic Island Real Estate in my search.

I live for almost two years now on Exotic Island. The island I live on is Manhattan Beach and my land is called Deep Red Land. I found this place by accident when I bumped into Captain at one of the islands when I was looking for some island as almost a newbee. He showed me an island and I bought it after that I bought several parcels. I am so happy with Star and Captain. Never saw such a kind and friendly estate owners here. And I hear often bad things about estate owners. But they are realy super and I know for sure new residents will have a perfect time on a perfect place. The help support of the staff and the estate owners are perfect and never got any complaint about it in the 2 years I am here now. Asked often for help in the beginning and still sometimes and they alway's helped me out with it. Glad that i found this place here and I never gonna leave it anymore.

In purchasing my first piece of land and ultimately my first, I had no idea where to start. I did a quick search and ended up jumping around to different places, completely stumped. As soon as I landed on Exotic Islands, everything was different. Someone was there waiting, and she was able to answer every question. She worked with my needs, even my indecisiveness and made a scary decision completely exciting. The customer service has never changed. They are there to answer every question, help you with any and all problems, and to make you feel at home. There truly is a family atmosphere with the staff here and I couldn't have stumbled across a better place.
